The room is nice, the hotel was nice and the cleaning staff was very professional. Disliked: the staff working at the reception is not that professional, especially for the first 2-3 days. Every time I spoke to them, they were seating there and watching the phone, even when they were speaking with me, they still focused on their phones. That made me not comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel. The beds are very comfortable and our room had a lovely view over the lake. The buffet breakfast in the morning is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again. Disliked: The toilet smelled a little like sewage which made the room quite stinky overnight. As we only stayed one night, the maintenance staff were not able to fix it for our stay.

Very clean very helpful staff, most of them are good English speakers. Disliked: It’s a little further away from the city center than I expected but metro station is super close

Hotel is little bit outdated, but other than that, clean, nice and comfortable.

Location Disliked: Noise of the tram

Everything, apart from the cigarette problem and dirty windows. Disliked: It smelled strongly of cigarettes when I arrived. So Jani changed rooms, but it was the same. After 2 days the smell dissipated and I was finally able to appreciate the room differently. You should prohibit guests from smoking in the rooms. Besides, I didn't find any signs anywhere prohibiting smoking. Too bad it's not prohibited in an establishment as prestigious as yours. It's also a shame that the windows are dirty, so it's impossible to take photos because of that.
