Upgraded our room, gave us a bottle of wine and fruit platter Location Is excellent and walking distance to lots of places Staff responses are super fast. Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect as what a 5 star hotel should be
The hotel is great and the location is very convenient , I had a problem with the noise from the construction next door which is not the fault of the hotel, however after moving twice, they upgraded me into a wonderful suite and left a complimentary basket of wine and fruit for me, which was not expected at all
Outstanding facilities and service
The bar and club lounge in particular were fantastic. So attentive to detail and proactively looking after your needs. Wonderful! The band were amazing as well! Disliked: Location and staff. But mainly the staff.
Disliked: Вид на строительные площадки и дома, соседние здания слишком близко
