The room and the facilities was good. In particular the comfort of the bed. The kitchen was fully equipped. The staff at the Front Office went to the extra mile to help us out with our queries on direction. Lucia and Claudia was extremely helpful, pleasant and went out of their way to help us out with directions and booking transport for us. The customer service made our day and our stay a pleasant one. Disliked: The property was a distance away from the metro station.
