front staff Ms Judy was great, helpful and courteous. I like the gym and pool.. so good. Disliked: the booking.com web reflected nearest metro station to the hotel was cuifuxincun station. it says 300m from the hotel. I alighted and walked more than 1km,maybe 1.5km. In fact the station next to the hotel was jinjianglu stn, just 200m away. Pls update the transportation page.
Room is clean
Nice place, quite place, nice food big room Disliked: Food
Breakfast was very good. A lot of options. However I missed some food I use to eat in my home country: toast with chocolate paste, High quality beef & chicken meat selection, western pastries selections: croissant, pain au chocolat, pain au raisin... Disliked: The joints in the bathroom were kind of black dirty. Would appreciated a cleaner bathroom.
Great hospitality. English speaking staff and they made extra sure that we had everything we needed. The dinner buffet was fantastic!
Everything on this property was exceptional
I am so moved by the staff. The Manager who attended to me, Mr. Glenn is one of the most friendly and supportive person. I get late from work and the restaurant is closed and you dont have app , he would manage to get you food and make sure you dont go empty stomach to be. Any doubts and guidance, he was always there to support. Thanks to Glenn and his colleagues for making the stay comfortable and stress free
The room is very spacious and cozy. I love the layout and the ambiance of the room. It makes me feel at home.
