We cannot say enough about our stay at the hotel. From the moment we checked in to our departure the staff were tremendous. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were always interested in our stay and made some recommendations about places to visit. Disliked: Recommend that the hotel invest in their staff by helping them to improve their English. Cannot think of anything else to say.

Хорошее расположение, рядом с Five avenue. Недалеко от станции метро. Номер хороший, есть все необходимое. Понравилось зеркало make-up, понравился лосьон для рук, хороший шампунь и кондиционер. Шторы блэк-аут понравились. Спокойный район, шума не было. Disliked: Забывали класть пакетики с чаем, хотя две бутылки воды ставили каждый день . Персонал не говорит по английски. Но они стараются хорошо обслужить.

Sehr gutes chinesisches Frühstück, sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Disliked: Das Hotel akzeptierte keine außerchinesischen Kreditkarten, auch nicht Visa. Mit meiner Masterkarte konnte, wie nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundendienst feststellte, ohnehin nicht bezahlen, obwohl ich mit meiner Masterkarte die Buchung bestätigt hatte. Hier sollte Booking nachbessern. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage, ein Taxi für mich zu bestellen, da ich meine Kreditkarte nicht mit den chinesischen Zahlungsapps verbinden konnte. Für Menschen ohne diese Apps ist das Hotel absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Der Grund, warum ich dieses Hotel aber niemandem empfehlen kann und selbst nicht mehr dort wohnen werde, ist allerdings ein anderer: Bis zum 20. März wurden die Zimmer auf 26 Grad Celsius hochgeheizt. Das Personal hatte offensichtlich keine Möglichkeit, das zu ändern. Sein Rat war: Einfach das Fenster offen lassen (es ließ sich 10 cm weit öffnen), bis die Temperatur stimmt. Verließ man das Zimmer, wurde wieder eingeheizt. Ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel eine solche Energieverschwendung erlebt.

ロケーションはよいが地下鉄駅から歩く。 Disliked: 近くでタバコの喫煙場所があり、臭いが入ってきていい気はしなかった。 また、窓がない部屋もあるため注意が必要。 施設が新しいため、各地図アプリに表示がなく、たどり着くまで時間を要した。 英語は通じなかった。
