The breakfast had an ok selection but sadly most of the items were cold, which put me off to go for dinners. Not sure if the chaving dishes worked as they should. Room service though was spot on. 不满意之处： Cold breakfast really put me off but everything else was great. If they can improve on that 10/10
Nice hotel with extensive facilities and very nice setting. Friendly staff. Price/quality one of the better hotels ever visited.
The room was very spacious and comfortable! Beds were super comfy as well. Staff were all very nice and helpful -
Especially our cleaner. Our rooms were always serviced well and we were always greeted with a friendly smile! 不满意之处： Slightly dated and floors were a bit dirty. A bit of a distance to some tourist attractions
Room & bathroom were extremely spacious. Carpet had some old stains but other than that, the room was very clean. The window looks out to the lake behind the hotel too, very nice view. Staff were all very friendly. Really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!
不满意之处： I had a deluxe lakeview room, and yes it was the lake, but woth massive building downstairs. Room 951.
Room was really big and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. The view across the lake and Tianjin skyline was amazing.
We had a great stay, the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, breakfast had varieties of western and eastern food, facilities are nice to spend your time. We extended for 2 more nights.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good, they had plenty of options for everyone. In addition, they had a lot of Chinese typical dishes and we liked it because we had the opportunity to try different things. 不满意之处： The location, it was kind of far away from the main area. It took us around 30 min in the taxi to get to the Riverside area or the Tianjin Eye.
Everything at this hotel was fantastic. The staff were all very helpful and their English was good. The hotel is big, modern and with pleasant accommodations. The rooms are well equipped, clean and with good decoration. The breakfast had good and diversified options. We had also dinner at the hotel and it was very well cooked and served. The swimming pool and spa areas are huge and welcoming. We had much fun at the indoor swimming pool with our kids, it was a good alternative for the cold weather outside. 不满意之处： It’s not located in the city centre but there is a subway station right outside the hotel and you can easily get a taxi to the centre. The journey takes you around 20 to 25 minutes. There is a massive shopping centre just at a 9 minutes taxi ride. If you are from outside China have in mind that taxis are very affordable.
Everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and service oriented. The service was excellent in all respects. We especially want to thank Sonia and Serena who were extremely helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was brilliant with many choices and high quality. We particularly enjoyed the club lounge where there were variety of refreshments and excellent services.
