great location, lovely breakfast, lots to choose from, the room was very nice, awesome view, very good value for money! Disliked: the pool was undergoing repairs, and they can probably renew the carpet in the reception area.

The location was perfect! The river cruise port is right across the hotel and the Tianjin Eye is just a few meters away. The view from our room was quite stunning! There's also a food street right beside the hotel so we were able to try a lot of the local food. The buffet breakfast had several good choices with both local and western dishes. The staff were really helpful. We forgot a bag in the Didi car and they helped me coordinate with the Didi driver to get it back. Truly appreciate their assistance! Disliked: They forgot to refill the body wash soap dispenser and the hand wash soap dispenser. It was late in the evening when we got back so I called housekeeping and they did send one of the staff to bring us some soap in a cup.

Hotel located at the riverside. And a temple beside it ( I can look at it from the window of my room and it’s pretty) I stayed for pre-cruise . It’s quite a bit distance by taxi to cruise ports. But hotel is nice. Staff’s are very nice and helpful.

The bed and pillow are so comfortable. Clean and good location. Morning breakfast spreads are great, from local food, fruits, nuts… the front desk girl Peggy is very patient and kind. Disliked: Corridor had full of smoking smell. The guests don’t follow the rules as they said 😓. That is what we saw the people are smoking and respect others and hotel rules
The room Disliked: Breakfast should include some Muslim halal food so I can recommend to my Muslim friends.
