Friendly & helpful staff going out of their way Positive energy and cheerful Good facilities

Comfortable and clean stay. Secure and staff generally friendly and helpful. Very close to cultural street if that’s your thing. Toilet separate from bathroom Disliked: No cotton buds/wool and shower cap provided, and on non smoking floor was a heavy scent of smoke. I did feedback to staff and they tried to work on it. But in a country where so many people smoke was difficult to monitor

Location was excellent. Room was clean, comfortable n overlooked the river...nighttime scene was a treat ! Breakfast had great variety, no complaints. However, front staff cannot speak or even understand simple English, which was frustrating. Need for improvement here, if objective is to attract more tourists.

Front desk was super friendly. Once we realized the room temperature/heating was not adjustable and window could not be open, we decided to switch to bigger rooms and front desk folks were quite helpful to accommodate to our needs

Spacious room! My son loves the bathtub. The toiletries were excellent Disliked: Nothing, it was a great 2-nights stay. Wish I could stay longer

Nice river view from the high floors, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good location for nighttime river bank walks. Disliked: The hotel feels a little tired, my room needed some renovation. Cleanliness could be improved - there were some hairs in bathtub. A/C was barely working.
